About the role

CMC Institute is expanding its academic programs for the 2026–2027 year and seeks qualified lecturers to join its faculty in the Medical Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Nursing departments. The position involves delivering practical, student‑centered education to undergraduate and graduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with departmental standards.
• Facilitate hands‑on laboratory sessions and clinical simulations.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in departmental meetings, research activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in the specific discipline (Medical Laboratory, Pharmacy, or Nursing).
• Master’s degree or higher (Ph.D. preferred) in the relevant field.
• Recognized Pedagogy Certification.
• Official academic title confirming standing.
• Strong commitment to practical, student‑focused teaching methods.
