Kurdish Kurmanji Speaker – Back Office (Remote)

About the role

MICO WORLD is seeking a native Kurdish Kurmanji speaker to join its back‑office team on a full‑time remote basis. You will support the operational and administrative functions of our social entertainment platforms across Kurdish‑speaking markets, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process user data, content, and account‑related information.
• Perform documentation, basic reporting, and quality checks in Kurdish Kurmanji and English.
• Monitor platform activity, flag and escalate issues according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a safe and efficient user environment.
• Provide communication support and language‑specific assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent reading, writing, and comprehension in Kurdish Kurmanji and good proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to confidentiality and company policies.
• Prior experience in back‑office operations, content review, customer support, or online platform administration is a plus.
• Understanding of social media or entertainment applications and user behavior in Kurdish‑speaking communities is advantageous.
