IT Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Coordinator to oversee and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide technical support to employees both onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are in place.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of configurations.
• Support installation and setup of mobile devices and business applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and backup systems.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
