About the role
We are seeking a proactive IT Coordinator to oversee and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Provide technical support to employees both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
- Monitor IT systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance.
- Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are in place.
- Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of configurations.
- Support installation and setup of mobile devices and business applications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and backup systems.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
