HR Specialist – Performance Management System

About the role

The HR Specialist – PMS will ensure the smooth, accurate, and timely implementation of the company’s Performance Management System (PMS). The role supports employees and managers throughout the KPI, objectives, and competency cycles while maintaining high‑quality data and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of annual KPI/Objectives and competency cycles.
• Track PMS progress, follow up pending cases, and coordinate with employees, managers, HODs, and HR teams.
• Review PMS data for accuracy and prepare reports by company, department, location, and process stage.
• Assist employees and managers with system steps, deadlines, and related inquiries.
• Coordinate system and data issues with HRIS, HR Operations, HRD, and other HR locations.
• Prepare performance data for management review and calibration.
• Deliver PMS training, awareness sessions, communications, and user guidance.
• Maintain PMS policies, SOPs, process documents, trackers, and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations, PMS, HRIS or training.
• Fluent in Kurdish, advanced Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of HR systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Ability to manage employee data, trackers, and reports accurately.
