Training Controller – Airport Operations

About the role

The Training Controller creates, amends and delivers dnata training programmes for airport staff, ensuring all standards align with the dnata training matrix. The role manages the local Learning Management System, conducts quality assurance and acts as a coach and mentor for the training team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement training programmes, policies and procedures based on identified needs.
• Manage the My Learning Zone LMS, maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality‑assurance checks, training needs analysis and provide feedback to line management.
• Coordinate training logistics including materials, venues, equipment and transport.
• Oversee daily activities of training associates, conduct performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, Human Resources or a related field.
• 4–6 years of airport operations experience, including at least 2 years in training and development management.
• Train‑the‑Trainer certification and Management of Training certification (or equivalent).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Experience using a Learning Management System (My Learning Zone).
• Strong IT and computer literacy applied to training delivery.
