Hospitality Coordinator

About the role

The Hospitality Coordinator will ensure a high-quality, professional experience for every visitor and employee within the automotive dealership. Working closely with sales, service and parts teams, you will manage front-of-house operations, maintain welcoming spaces and support events and meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently professional front-of-house experience for showroom visitors, service customers and business partners, adhering to brand standards.
• Coordinate reception processes across sales showrooms and service areas to improve the customer journey.
• Prepare and maintain customer waiting lounges, meeting rooms and service reception areas, ensuring cleanliness, comfort and stocked amenities.
• Assist in planning and executing dealership events, product launches, customer engagement activities and internal meetings.
• Liaise with sales, service and spare-parts departments to align hospitality support with operational flow and peak traffic periods.
• Manage relationships with external vendors such as catering, cleaning and maintenance providers, controlling costs and service levels.
• Monitor and replenish hospitality supplies, refreshments and consumables.
• Schedule and book meeting rooms and customer-facing spaces for optimal utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards and audit requirements.
• Document and report on hospitality services, vendor performance and operational metrics using internal systems, including Autoline.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, customer service or facilities coordination, preferably within a dealership or similar high‑traffic environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
