Field Specialist II – Artificial Lift Systems

About the role

The ALS Field Specialist II delivers safe, efficient, and high‑quality Artificial Lift Systems services, focusing on Jet Pump operations. The role supports field execution, equipment monitoring, maintenance, reporting, and client service while complying with Weatherford QHSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support Jet Pump installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization in the field.
• Monitor operational performance, record field parameters and job data accurately.
• Maintain inventories of tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
• Assist with job preparation, equipment commissioning, mobilization, and demobilization.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, report hazards, incidents, and participate in safety meetings and drills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Jet Pump operations and Artificial Lift Systems field activities.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Medically fit for field‑based assignments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Artificial Lift Systems and Jet Pump operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
