Field Sales Representative – Lubricants (Sulaymaniyah)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our Sulaymaniyah branch. You will support both sales activities and product delivery for industrial lubricants, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute all sales‑related tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and maintain the CRM and ERP databases.
• Conduct indoor sales with retail customers and gradually transition to outdoor field visits.
• Deliver lubricants to clients, prepare quotations, issue invoices and cash receipts.
• Generate new business through cold visits while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Register new clients and suppliers in the ERP system and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow up on orders and inquiries until completion, handling all related paperwork.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial products.
• Valid commercial driver’s licence for a manual car (mandatory).
• Fluent in Kurdish, professional English; Arabic is a plus.
• College diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, high integrity and strong business ethics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
