Laboratory Sales Specialist – IVD Products (Sulaymaniyah)

About the role

The Laboratory Sales Specialist will drive the sales of in‑vitro diagnostic (IVD) products and services in Sulaymaniyah. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the role focuses on expanding the customer base, promoting the portfolio, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell laboratory IVD products to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to match solutions with customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with healthcare providers and labs.
• Generate new leads through cold calling and outreach activities.
• Address customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within the defined schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and other departments.
• Contribute positively to the company culture and perform any other duties within the scope of the role.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the laboratory or medical device sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic; working knowledge of English.
• Own a personal vehicle for client visits.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) tools.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
