About the role

We are seeking an Employee Relation Officer to manage employee relations and support a positive workplace environment. The role involves handling employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with HR policies and the Iraqi Labor Law, and contributing to employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

Manage employee relations and respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Investigate employee complaints and workplace conflicts, facilitating effective resolution.
Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with the Iraqi Labor Law and internal company policies.
Prepare and maintain employee relations reports.

Required profile

Previous experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
Good knowledge of the Iraqi Labor Law and HR policies.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
