About the role
We are seeking an Employee Relation Officer to manage employee relations and support a positive workplace environment. The role involves handling employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with HR policies and the Iraqi Labor Law, and contributing to employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Investigate employee complaints and workplace conflicts, facilitating effective resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with the Iraqi Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Prepare and maintain employee relations reports.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Iraqi Labor Law and HR policies.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
