Control Room Supervisor – Halfaya Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The Control Room Supervisor will lead the central control team at the Halfaya Operations and Maintenance site, ensuring safe and efficient production of oil, gas, and water. Reporting to the Central Control Supervisor, you will coordinate closely with on‑site operators and equipment supervisors to maintain continuous operations and respond to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse production data and equipment conditions via the central control system.
• Identify operational abnormalities and promptly report them to the Central Control Supervisor and Equipment Supervisor.
• Coordinate with on‑site operators to support smooth production and emergency response activities.
• Assist in managing production during emergency situations to preserve safety and continuity.
• Supervise central control operators in collecting accurate production and operational data.
• Organise, document, and archive production records and operational reports.
• Prepare and submit timely, accurate production reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational standards, and safety regulations under supervisor guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a control‑room operations role within the oil and gas industry.
• Solid knowledge of oil, gas, and water production operations and processes.
• Familiarity with surface gathering, transportation systems, and related processing facilities.
• Experience monitoring and operating production systems in a control‑room environment.
