Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist for Ultrasound will lead training, support, and relationship building with customers in the assigned region. The role bridges technical expertise and customer service to enhance product adoption and clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training plans for ultrasound products, ensuring timely completion of clinical application training.
• Identify and resolve customers' clinical issues, improve satisfaction, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Gather feedback, clinical images, and case studies to support sales and new product development.
• Establish and nurture regional expert networks, assisting customers with scientific research.
• Manage reference hospitals, coordinate visits, and support pre‑sales and after‑sales demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets through promotions and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or related field.
• 5+ years as a radiographer/radiologist or 3+ years as an application specialist with strong ultrasound knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Team player, highly responsible, able to work under pressure and travel frequently.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience with other manufacturers (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens) is a plus.
