Civil Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Civil Manager will be based in Erbil and will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and civil engineering projects for Mellat Holding Company. This full‑time, on‑site position requires overseeing all phases of construction while ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for civil works.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating engineers, contractors, and site staff.
• Supervise construction activities, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee stormwater management systems and related infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management for infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater management and regional construction regulations in Kurdistan, Iraq.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
