Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our client base. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line representative of the company, designing and executing effective sales strategies that drive sustainable financial growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products and services, aligning them with client objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices and related documentation.
• Provide reliable after‑sales support and feedback.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Mentor entry‑level staff to develop their sales capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a similar role.
• Demonstrated sales track record.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
