Business Development Manager

About the role

Indra Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its presence in Iraq. You will work closely with public institutions, local partners, and international teams to deliver secure technology and defence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute the local business and growth plan.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate tender and public procurement processes.
• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with local partners and authorities.
• Coordinate activities with international divisions and business units.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in business development or managerial roles.
• Strong background in public procurement and tender processes.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Spanish is a plus.
