About the role
Soughe is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to join its Baghdad office. You will be the front‑line ambassador for a portfolio of premium haircare and beauty brands, building strong relationships with salons, retailers and influencers across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and qualify new business opportunities in the beauty and haircare sector.
- Present product ranges, conduct demonstrations and deliver training sessions to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while managing existing customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and other software tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and education teams to execute brand strategies.
- Represent Soughe’s values in all client interactions, ensuring a premium experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management, preferably exceeding targets.
- Experience delivering product training and demonstrations.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
- Prior experience in the beauty or haircare industry is a strong advantage.
- Organised, results‑driven and capable of solving problems independently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
