About the role
The Automotive Branch Manager leads the entire branch operation in Baghdad, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction. This senior position oversees sales, marketing, finance, and service teams while representing Khat Al Jawda’s brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to meet financial and operational targets.
- Set annual sales and customer‑satisfaction goals and monitor performance against them.
- Lead the sales team, approve campaigns, and drive vehicle and fleet sales.
- Maintain a customer‑centric culture, handle escalations, and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability, authorising purchases within limits.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Recruit, evaluate, and develop staff, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing an automotive retail or dealership branch.
- Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
- Excellent analytical skills for market, competitor, and financial analysis.
