About the role
The IOC Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with International Oil Companies operating in Iraq. This role focuses on driving sales, securing new projects, and supporting the growth of the On‑Sync Energy Management Services business in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with major IOCs in Iraq.
- Design and execute sales strategies and market expansion plans for IOC accounts.
- Lead tendering activities, prepare quotations, negotiate commercially, and finalize contracts.
- Monitor market trends, IOC operations, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Propose customized partnership models, commercial strategies, and service solutions.
- Coordinate with technical, HR, finance, and PR teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of Iraq’s oil and gas market, IOC client structures, and project development processes.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent client relationship management, communication, and commercial negotiation abilities.
