About the role
The Tele sales Agent will work the morning shift to promote card products and related services to customers via outbound calls. The role focuses on presenting suitable solutions, guiding customers through applications, and ensuring a positive experience. The position requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers outbound to present promotional offers for cards and services.
- Use sales techniques to convince customers of product benefits and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports to track performance.
- Collaborate with team members to develop collective sales strategies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with application processes and answer usage inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions and other tasks assigned by the manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Background in B2C telesales or sales is preferred.
