About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling complaints.
- Identify problems and offer effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and order details.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and relationships are maintained.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for interactions and resolutions.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a customer support or call‑center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer‑service certifications a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle upset customers with patience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
