About the role

E2NEXT, a leading Iraqi software company, is seeking a motivated Business Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings for its consulting and technical teams. This position focuses on prospect outreach, relationship building, and scheduling, not on closing sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in sectors such as healthcare, universities, manufacturing, distribution, restaurants, retail, and corporate organizations.
  • Contact decision‑makers (owners, CEOs, general managers, finance, HR, and IT managers) via phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and field visits.
  • Schedule online or onsite meetings for E2NEXT consultants and ensure smooth hand‑over to technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up to confirm appointments.
  • Track performance metrics including meetings booked, decision‑makers reached, and new opportunities generated.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable reaching senior decision‑makers.
  • Fluent Arabic; English is a plus.
