Tele Sales Officer

About the role

RT Bank is seeking a motivated Tele Sales Officer to join its Customer Contact Center team. The successful candidate will promote the bank’s products and services through outbound calls, build customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers based on approved campaigns and lead lists.
• Explain banking products and services accurately, identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities and meet conversion targets.
• Record all interactions, sales activities and outcomes in the bank’s systems.
• Coordinate with branches and relevant departments to support customer requests and handle inquiries or objections professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience; banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish and English.

Required skills

• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Sales closing, customer relationship management and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales and productivity targets under pressure.
• Familiarity with banking products and call‑center/customer management systems.
• Commitment to compliance, confidentiality and professional conduct.
