About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative to join our inbound call centre team. You will interact with guests via phone, email, chat and social media, providing accurate information about tours, packages and upgrades while ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and online inquiries, including social media comments.
- Assist customers with payments, package details, upgrades and trip specifics.
- Maintain guest privacy and protect personal information.
- Support the Marketing team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Capture customer feedback, record voice‑of‑customer data and contribute to loyalty initiatives.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products.
- Collaborate with CX, sales and plant personnel to meet customer needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or 3‑5+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in sales, call centre or product support is preferred.
Required skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Basic digital literacy and ability to operate multiple systems simultaneously.
