About the role
Zain Iraq is seeking enthusiastic Call Center Inbound Agents to join its Customer Care team in Baghdad. You will handle day‑to‑day customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and promote Zain’s products and services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
- Escalate complex cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Upsell and cross‑sell Zain offerings to increase sales revenue.
- Collect customer feedback through calls and mail channels.
- Maintain professional, courteous communication at all times.
- Support the rollout of new services and products by ensuring quality standards are met.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and plans to achieve departmental targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
- Availability to work evening shifts on‑site in Baghdad.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
