Senior Sales Representative - Industrial Lubricants

About the role

Ziyut Al Adaa Lubricants Trading Company, which exclusively imports and distributes Cyclon, Klueber and TotalEnergies industrial lubricants for Iraq, is looking for a motivated, results-driven sales representative in Erbil. The role drives sales growth, builds client relationships and expands market presence, working closely with the sales team and management. It is a field-based position requiring significant fieldwork.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls and visits, manage indoor sales for retail customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
• Advise customers on CYCLON, TotalEnergies and KLÜBER products and offer tailored recommendations
• Maintain the customer database and register new clients in the ERP and CRM systems, prepare regular reports and follow up on time
• Prepare quotations and offers, issue cash receipts and invoices and complete related paperwork accurately
• Work with the sales team to deliver seamless service and achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of proven field sales experience focused on new business and sales growth
• College diploma; English proficiency required, native Kurdish mandatory, high-level Arabic a plus
• Valid commercial driver's licence (manual car) and willingness to travel within the region
• Previous experience with expatriates is an advantage

• Ability to handle stress and adapt to dynamic environments
• Self-motivation, organisational and time management skills
