Medical Representative – Healthcare Products

About the role

HOLDAL Group, a family-founded business with over 75 years of history spanning luxury watches, fashion, beauty, healthcare, wellbeing, manufacturing and distribution, is hiring a full-time, on-site Medical Representative in Iraq. The representative promotes and represents HOLDAL's healthcare and wellbeing products to medical professionals, pharmacies and healthcare institutions, building strong and ethical relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare providers, present product information and benefits, answer inquiries and provide scientific support in line with company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, collect field feedback and report insights to the internal team.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and distribution teams to meet sales targets, ensure product availability and support brand visibility and growth in the local market.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; solid sales and negotiation skills, including relationship building and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Foundational knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceuticals or medical products, with the ability to explain scientific information clearly.
• Planning, organisational and time-management skills for territory coverage, visit scheduling and reporting.
• Relevant education in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences or a related field is preferred; prior experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work ethically, respect confidentiality and comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Fluency in relevant local languages and good command of English is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic digital tools such as CRM systems and MS Office.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
