Social Media Assistant - Part-Time

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Assistant to help plan, create, and publish engaging content across our social platforms. This part‑time position offers flexible hours and the chance to grow audience engagement while supporting broader marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts (text, images, short videos) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages promptly.
• Assist in growing followers and boosting engagement with relevant content.
• Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to align social content with overall marketing strategies.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools to develop and enhance visual and video content.

Required profile

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Strong written communication skills in English, Kurdish and Arabic.
• Creative mindset with interest in AI‑driven content creation.
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours.

Required skills

• Canva or similar design tools.
• AI content creation tools such as Nano Banana, Google Flow, Google Veo, Kling, Seedance.
