VAS Growth Manager – Subscriber Acquisition & Revenue Growth

About the role

The VAS Growth Manager will lead subscriber acquisition and revenue growth for Tornet’s portfolio of Value‑Added Services. You will own the end‑to‑end growth strategy for each product and market, selecting the optimal channel mix, managing budgets and delivering measurable results across multiple active services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing and growth strategies per VAS product and country.
• Select and manage paid‑media channels (Meta, Google Ads, X/Twitter, Telegram, affiliate networks) and allocate budgets.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns for 4‑5 products simultaneously, conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Set cost targets (eCPA, CPI), run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and audience segments, and continuously optimise spend.
• Monitor performance daily, produce weekly/monthly reports, and maintain a live dashboard of spend vs. results.
• Collaborate with Design, Tech and Product Owners to ensure creative specifications, tracking pixels, postbacks and subscription flows are correctly implemented.
• Develop acquisition initiatives, re‑engagement campaigns and lifecycle marketing to reduce churn and increase ARPU and CLV.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing performance‑marketing campaigns for subscription‑based products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret traffic, conversion and ROI data.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with design, engineering and product teams.
• Results‑driven attitude focused on meeting cost‑per‑acquisition and revenue targets.
