Pharmaceutical Field Manager

About the role

The Field Manager will lead and coordinate pharmaceutical field activities, ensuring effective engagement with healthcare professionals, pharmacies and key opinion leaders across the territory. This role reports to senior management and aims to drive product adoption and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute field strategies to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers and pharmacy networks.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and gather feedback from the field.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing, medical and sales initiatives.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets set for the region.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of managed‑care principles.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
