Medical Representative – Aesthetic Injectables & Devices

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Organic Aesthetic’s portfolio of aesthetic injectables and devices across the Basra territory. You will engage healthcare professionals, build brand awareness, and support the company’s mission to improve aesthetic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and execute territory sales plans.
• Meet or exceed sales forecasts while managing the assigned budget.
• Conduct regular, high‑quality visits to healthcare professionals and deliver tailored product messages.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and doctor profiles using CRM tools.
• Organize promotional meetings, trainings and events, ensuring efficient use of promotional budgets.
• Monitor competitor activity and local market dynamics to refine promotional strategies.
• Uphold strong, ethical relationships with healthcare professionals and stay current on product knowledge through training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Based in Basra.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Representative; experience with aesthetic injectables or devices is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage territory visits and events.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
