Medical Representative – Baghdad

About the role

We are looking for motivated Medical Representatives to join our team in Baghdad. You will promote our pharmaceutical and medical device portfolio to doctors, pharmacists and hospital staff, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage weekly and monthly work schedules in coordination with the area sales team.
• Arrange and attend appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams within the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate and present products, clinical data and new research to healthcare professionals.
• Organise and support medical conferences, screening campaigns, awareness lectures and peer‑to‑peer sessions.
• Maintain detailed records of contacts, activities and feedback, and report daily to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Achieve annual sales targets and key performance indicators while adhering to medical ethics and compliance standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with healthcare staff.
