Mechanical & HVAC Engineer

About the role

National Health Factory is seeking a Mechanical & HVAC Engineer to ensure reliable operation of its cooling and mechanical systems within the Jurf Al‑Naddaf plant. The role involves overseeing HVAC equipment, performing maintenance, and supporting production continuity in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain factory cooling systems and HVAC equipment.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on chillers, air handling units, and air blowers/fans.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical machinery and production equipment.
• Ensure utilities and mechanical systems run smoothly to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Follow safety, GMP and maintenance procedures throughout all activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical maintenance within factories or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cooling systems and mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Proven experience with chillers, ventilation systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to technical issues.
