Customer Relationship Management Specialist

About the role

The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will join Blueline Travel Agency’s Mosul office to manage and optimise client data across the company’s CRM system. This full‑time, on‑site position supports corporate travel clients by ensuring accurate records, analysing usage patterns, and providing insights that drive sales and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM, guaranteeing data integrity for all corporate accounts.
• Monitor client interactions, travel bookings, and service usage to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate regular reports for sales, account management, and senior leadership to support strategic planning.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate with travel consultants to assist with bookings and itinerary changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to refine CRM processes, support campaign execution, and ensure timely follow‑up on leads and feedback.
• Lead CRM‑related projects, including the rollout of new features and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience with CRM platforms and a proven track record of maintaining accurate client records.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities to interact with corporate clients and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Project‑management skills to coordinate initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and local languages.
