Sales Supervisor – Private Sector (Babil & Karbala)

About the role

We are looking for a Private‑Sector Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in the Babil and Karbala regions. The role focuses on merchant acquisition, activation, and QR‑payment adoption while driving overall sales performance and market coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the private‑sector sales team to meet sales plans and targets.
• Lead merchant acquisition, onboarding, activation, and QR‑payment adoption initiatives.
• Set, monitor, and follow up on individual and team KPIs.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly field activities to ensure proper market coverage.
• Conduct regular field visits, coach team members, and address performance gaps.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and expand the merchant network.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential merchants.
• Prepare performance reports, KPI updates, and market insights for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve merchant‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, merchant acquisition, fintech, banking or telecom.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a sales team is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local market and ability to work extensively in the field.
