Cost Controller

About the role

We are expanding our chips factory and need an experienced Cost Controller to lead cost‑control activities. The successful candidate will work independently, applying strong operational knowledge to support financial decisions and drive efficiency across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
• Monitor costs, perform variance analysis and generate regular cost reports.
• Track inventory and procurement costs to ensure accurate financial control.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Manage and utilise ERP systems for cost data collection and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost control or financial analysis.
• Strong background in manufacturing, industrial projects, or factory operations.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and support business decision‑making.
• CMA certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for cost tracking and reporting.
