Bilingual Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual virtual assistant to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, assess their logical flow, and create new conversation scripts to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress, evaluate logic, and troubleshoot issues to enhance model quality.
• Engage in bilingual conversations with chatbots to assess correctness and performance.
• Generate novel conversation scenarios to teach bots appropriate responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
