Customer Service & Product Specialist

About the role

Harrir, Iraq's leading fashion shopping app, is looking for a Customer Service & Product Specialist to bridge the gap between customers, orders, and the product catalogue. You will ensure smooth order fulfillment, provide excellent customer support, and maintain high‑quality product listings.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming orders daily via the admin panel and warehouse management system.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics partners from warehouse to last‑mile delivery.
• Track and resolve delayed, missing, or problematic orders.
• Process returns and refunds, verify requests, and keep workflows moving.
• Respond to customer inquiries across the app, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Handle complaints and escalations with empathy, turning negative experiences into retained customers.
• Support and improve the AI chatbot by flagging gaps and recurring questions.
• Review and maintain product listings, correcting bad data, missing images, and out‑of‑stock items.
• Assist in curating collections, featured sections, and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, e‑commerce operations, or a similar role.
• Fluent Arabic (Iraqi dialect) and good working English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in product listings.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and web‑based admin tools.
• Calm under pressure and genuinely good with people.
• Interest in fashion and an eye for visual appeal.
