Workforce Supervisor

About the role

AntonAnton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Workforce Supervisor to lead maintenance and repair activities for non‑production facilities at its Basra operations. The role ensures that all maintenance tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workforce activities related to the maintenance and repair of non‑production facilities.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Coordinate manpower allocation, daily work schedules, and contractor activities to support operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, workforce reports, and related documentation for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas construction projects or operation and maintenance project management.
• Proficient in English and Arabic communication, both written and verbal.
