Warehouse Keeper – Inventory Management

About the role

The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for the daily handling, storage, and issuance of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. The role ensures that goods are received, inspected, stored safely, and that stock movements are coordinated with other departments. A clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse environment is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient material handling and storage.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels using the warehouse management system.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report them.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding material availability and movements.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good command of Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
