Warehouse Keeper – Erbil

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Keeper to join our Erbil operations team. The role involves managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage, and smooth flow of goods in line with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label and store incoming goods safely according to company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using the inventory system and manual logs; conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Prepare, issue and dispatch materials based on approved requests and delivery schedules.
• Prepare warehouse reports, delivery notes and stock movement records ensuring documentation is accurate.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and logistics teams to guarantee timely material flow.
• Ensure health, safety and company regulations are followed; keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Support company culture and perform any additional duties related to warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with computers and warehouse‑related software.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
