Training Executive – Employee Development Specialist

About the role

The Training Executive will lead the development and delivery of learning solutions that boost employee knowledge, skills, and performance across the organization. You will work closely with management to align training initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver both technical and non‑technical training programs.
• Assess training needs and create tailored training materials.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and hands‑on sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, reporting results and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure all training activities support the company’s strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
• Prior experience in a training role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with modern training techniques and tools.
• Experience designing and localizing course content.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
