Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Expert (Non-Key)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Non-Key Expert in Monitoring & Evaluation to provide technical assistance for the EU‑funded “Egypt Downtown Facility” project. The role focuses on designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and results‑based management systems, as well as conducting impact assessments and performance reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Develop results frameworks, indicators, baselines, targets and monitoring tools.
• Carry out evaluations, impact assessments and performance reviews for EU‑funded actions.
• Provide training and capacity‑building sessions to Egyptian partner entities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, statistics, development studies, public policy, social sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience designing and implementing M&E and results‑based management systems.
• Fluent English (C1); Arabic is desirable.
