Technical Veterinarian

About the role

The Technical Veterinarian at DMA Group supports the company’s veterinary product portfolio, including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and feed additives. Working directly with customers on farms and veterinary clinics, the role focuses on delivering practical solutions that enhance animal health and production performance across Iraq.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for veterinary pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and feed additives throughout the market.
• Conduct regular farm and customer visits to assess animal health, monitor performance, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with large‑scale customers such as poultry farms, feed mills, and veterinary clinics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support product positioning and drive market development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of experience in veterinary practice, poultry, livestock, or the animal health industry.
• Practical field experience with poultry or livestock operations is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to farmers, veterinarians, and large‑scale customers.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Iraq for farm visits and field support.
• Good command of English for technical communication and Arabic/Kurdish for local interaction.
