Super Biker – Biker Onboarding Specialist (Najaf)

About the role

The Super Biker role is responsible for end‑to‑end onboarding of delivery bikers in Najaf. You will ensure fast registration, thorough training, and continuous follow‑up so that bikers become active, compliant, and high‑performing contributors to daily delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full biker onboarding process, including registration, verification, and account activation.
• Deliver hands‑on operational training covering app usage, order flow, cash handling, and wallet rules.
• Ensure bikers are fully prepared and able to go live immediately after onboarding.
• Monitor biker activity after activation and proactively follow up on inactivity or performance issues.
• Support Live Operations in resolving wallet issues, order‑related problems, and operational blockers.
• Enforce operational policies and procedures, reporting recurring field issues to management.
• Maintain accurate records for onboarding, training, and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Background in delivery operations, fleet management, or field operations.
• Strong execution, ownership, and follow‑up mindset.
• Ability to work under operational pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic data tracking and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with bikers in the field.
• Familiarity with Najaf and its operational landscape is a plus.
