About the role
The Sr. Care Partner Specialist will act as a liaison between doctors, patients and internal teams to support high‑quality, patient‑centered healthcare delivery in a non‑clinical capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between doctors and the organization, building strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Support preventive healthcare and screening programs through physician engagement and education.
- Gather feedback from healthcare partners to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Monitor partnership activities, prepare reports on engagement outcomes and performance metrics.
Required profile
- BDS, Pharm D, MBBS or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1‑2 years experience in medical affairs or healthcare operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
