General Practitioner – Clinical Leadership Role

About the role

The General Practitioner will lead clinical initiatives at NURA Medical Center, ensuring evidence‑based care, high quality standards, and continuous improvement across all medical services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and regularly review clinical policies, protocols and screening guidelines aligned with the latest evidence‑based practices.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to doctors and healthcare professionals, monitor performance through audits and quality‑assurance programs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct clinical data analysis, research and outcome evaluations to support informed decision‑making and service enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements and ethical standards.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluation of medical staff in collaboration with HR.
• Plan and deliver training, mentoring and continuing medical education for clinical teams.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on community health awareness campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Review and proofread medical articles, brochures and digital content for clinical accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Medicine degree.
• PLAB certified.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in Emergency, Critical Care or Cardiology.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of evidence‑based clinical guidelines.
• Ability to conduct clinical research and data analysis.
• Proficiency in developing and auditing clinical protocols.
