Soft Service Manager

About the role

EFS Facilities Services is seeking a results‑driven Soft Service Manager to lead the delivery of housekeeping, waste management, pest control and related soft services across its facilities in Iraq. The role ensures high‑quality service, client satisfaction and consistent performance throughout the assigned project.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of soft services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead, supervise and deploy multicultural frontline teams to achieve coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor workforce productivity, attendance and performance across all service areas.
• Coordinate with procurement to guarantee timely availability of cleaning materials, consumables and equipment.
• Address client feedback, service gaps and complaints promptly.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE standards, company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports and audit records.
• Support mobilization, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in soft services or facilities management operations.
• Proven track record managing housekeeping and soft‑service teams in large‑scale environments.
• Strong understanding of FM service delivery standards, SLAs and client management.
• Experience leading a large, multicultural frontline workforce.
• Ability to operate under pressure and ensure service continuity.
• Preferably experienced in retail, malls, hospitality, healthcare or similar sectors.
• GCC or Middle‑East FM experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field.
