About the role
We are seeking a Site Admin Officer to oversee administrative operations at our construction sites. The role ensures smooth office functions, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between project teams and the head office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all on‑site administrative activities and maintain efficient office operations.
- Handle site documentation such as contracts, permits, invoices, and reports.
- Coordinate communication between engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and project teams.
- Maintain attendance, payroll records and employee timesheets.
- Support procurement by preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Assist finance with expense tracking, petty cash and budget monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and labour laws.
- Manage office supplies, equipment and logistics for site personnel.
- Organise meetings, prepare minutes and keep project schedules up‑to‑date.
- Support onboarding of new staff and manage staff accommodations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in the construction or contracting industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using administrative or document‑control software.
